I’ve been narrating and producing audiobooks since 2019, after a career in UK local government and education finance. Alongside this, I found the time to develop a parallel career in acting on the professional stage and in community theatre. This background in stage acting has given me invaluable experience in developing characters and voices for my audiobooks.

I’m also a proofreader and a member of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading.

I currently live in a village in East Sussex, UK, with my wife, three daughters and Winston, our dog. My wife and I have a shared enthusiasm for field archery and I play bass guitar in rock/ballad combo ‘Molly’s Handbag’. I also write—mainly children’s stories—but I’m currently trying my hand at a one-act stage play.
